Nice choice for abu dhabi hotel. Jasper was extremely helpful for looking at us.

Old hotel and small rooms

Large, comfortable rooms. Delicious and varied food. Pleasant staff, especially Shima in the Executive Lounge. Lovely music in the evenings.

Limitations for 15-18 teenagers alone in gym, No clearness what is included and what not, all the time asking for room numbers, why no colored bracelets. No Netflix or any streaming platforms

Hotel with 2 large malls nearby. Reception kenneth and jasper are very helpful

People are very friendly and food is so good especially Zizel , Ibarhim and zaid from front desk

Everything looks fine. Not a flashy hotel but classic. Kenneth and jasper both are welcoming and great. Can’t complain

Location, value and options for dining. Pool and beach area with cabanas. Staff was amazing. Zayed, makhabat and Chandra at the front desk are welcoming and had everything taken care of for us. The buffet is great, the outdoor area is so pretty. We went during Christmas and it was very festive.

Perfect holiday! Helpful staff. Jasper, kenneth to name a few.

Construction near hotel

This is a “grand old hotel” but still very popular due to its location, excellent rooms and facilities and .. great breakfast

The property was located in good location for my conference. Close to some malls in walking distance. The weather was also great for my stay. Zayed was super kind and helpful through the checkout. Mariia and Iman were greeting everyone with a smile and offering to help!On top of the that, the food at the breakfast was of great variety.

The stuff went above and beyond to help as at any request we had. The stay war very comfortable and pleasant. Thanks so much to Zayed, and imane the duty manager she is very professional Kennedy quick follow uos. Ms Makhabat, ms Shamma are very nice. Mr Abdulsalem is perfect

The facility was really clean and classy . Room service was on time and the front lobby Madison Zayed Rasheed was very helpful.

Overall had a really great stay at this hotel, mainly as a result of the staff who were all very friendly and helpful. The standout member was Dip, who served us amazingly well at breakfast. Nothing was too much for him and his daily offerings of something different such as slicing up a mango or a caramel flavoured coffee was really appreciated.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which had pretty much everything needed but lacked character as it had a lot of empty wall and floor space. I didnt like the overpowering perfume smell in the corridors which seemed to be pumped out of machines in the passages.

The Hotel is outdated and very old, totally different than the pictures in booking

Very little to like in this outdated hotel. The bed was large and comfy, the TV was big and Moona at the main restaurant was the most smiley and willing to help staff in the whole hotel

The room wasn't ready at check-in time, got to wait 45min before getting keys of a 1st suite that was way smaller than advertised, where part of the room was facing a 2 times 4 lanes highway bridge, where one sofa was stained by something that looked like pee while the other was burn by a cigarette. I don't even know how and hotel can assign such room. The second suite we got, was spacious, and clean with a massive terrace that was just useless as the room was facing a construction site. Never seen a suite without coffee machine, just instant coffee.

The food was lovely and staff warm and courteous
